Cheryl Andersen and New Energetics, which specializes in Matrix Energetics and the Yuen Method of Chinese Energetics, make no claims of medical treatment or cure. New Energetics is not a substitute for medical care and consultation. It is a supportive and integrative system and is not a diagnostic method, medical treatment, nor a cure. Consult your physician for diagnosis and treatment.

California Senate Bill 577 provides that a complementary and alternative healthy care provider does not violate the California Medical Practice Act if certain disclosures are made.

The Yuen Method is a non-touch, non-invasive method which is designed to correct weak or blocked energy, allowing the body to heal itself. It works on a quantum level and it is not invasive. It is based upon the teachings of Dr. Kam Yuen, Grandmaster of Shaolin Martial and Healing Arts. The practitioner does an intuitive differential testing of issues and corrects weak energy to be strong, to support the goals of the client. The client may or may not incorporate those corrections to release pain or ailments, or to make other positive changes in attitude and goals. This method is also applied remotely.

Matrix Energetics is a system which may incorporate a light touch usually on the upper torso - shoulders, upper and lower back area with permission of the client. The client may experience slight movement. The focus of Matrix Energetics is upon shifting consciousness, and no healing claims are made. This method may be applied remotely as well as in person. Matrix Energetics works at the quantum level and offers possibilities for feeling better emotionally and physically and shifting negative patterns. The client is informed about the energetic method and possible experiences before any session using Matrix' tools.

Cheryl Andersen is not a licensed physician, nor is she a licensed healing arts practitioner. New Energetics does not maintain malpractice insurance. New Energetics does not (1) make any diagnosis, (2) prescribe medication, nor (3) recommend that any person discontinue medication prescribed by a licensed physician nor healing arts services practitioner. The services to be provided are not licensed by the state of California. The treatment is alternative or complementary to healing arts services licensed by the state.

Training and qualifications: Cheryl Andersen holds a Masters Degree in Humanities and Leadership from New College of California in San Francisco. She is a Certified Master Practitioner/Facilitator of Matrix Energetics; A Certified Practitioner/Instructor of the Yuen Method of Chinese Energetics; She is certified in Thought Field Therapy; Certification pending in Projective Dream Work with the Marin Institute of Projective Dream Work. She is a minister in the Universal Life Church.

Agreement

As a client and/or participant in a New Energetic Session, Course, or Demonstration, I hereby release Cheryl Andersen and New Energetics and hold each harmless from any and all liability, including personal injury, accident, or any physical, mental, or emotional condition, that may result from application of Matrix Energetics or the Yuen Method, or any application used during a session, course, or demonstration.

I have read the above disclaimer, and I further certify that I am a voluntary participant in any and all New Energetics' Sessions, Courses or Demonstrations offered by Cheryl Andersen.
